"We loved our place so much! The house was very spacious had everything we needed ! Perfect location it's a bit farther from the main entrance to siesta beach and it's just PERFECT! Always had a great spot on the beach! 3 minutes drive to the village! The house had a pool which was perfect for our kiddos they loved it! Great communication with the host always got quick response! Definitely coming back !

"The management company is organized, responsive and friendly. They understand the importance of a clean feel given the investment people make into the stay. The location is terrific because we were far enough away from the public beach entrance to not have a super crowded beach area. Really simple walk to get be restaurant and bar area, while again not being in the middle of it. Balconies were relaxing while we enjoyed a glass of wine.

"Great place on Siesta Key! The host did a fantastic job with details for an easy check in and had very nice personal welcome touches that made us feel at home. The house was even better than what it looked like in the pictures, very spacious and extremely well maintained for a beach front property. The location is unbeatable with a pristine beach and the best view of the water and amazing sunsets. We could not be happier with our stay and would love to vacation there again! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

"Admirals Watch is absolutely perfect! Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished for activities, comfort, & amenities. Great floor plan with multiple & versatile living areas, and quiet bedrooms. Spacious bathrooms with nice towels plus amenities. The two large bedroom suites worked well for our two families. All beds and pillows were comfortable with plenty of extra quilts & blankets. Location was walk-able to shops & restaurants, the new pickle ball courts, & beach access just across the street. Windows galore with remarkable views from every room which let us enjoy beach & ocean scenery from inside when temps were chilly. The rental pictures were accurate and awesome; the reality of Admirals Watch is spectacular. We experienced excellent communication during the rental process & throughout our stay. We didn't want to leave Admirals Watch & we look forward to more stays there.

"Highly recommend this home! Great and convenient location, very well-equipped with everything you need — lots of kitchenware, appliances, and even extra beach gear. The house is spacious, bright, and offers amazing views of Siesta Key Beach. The cakes for greeting were tasty and touched. Everything was perfect — thank you for the warm hospitality! The only thing to note is the rather strict checkout rules — there's quite a bit of cleaning required before leaving. In the U.S. it often comes with extra guest responsibilities, which can be a bit inconvenient. It would be much nicer to simply relax at the end of your stay without having to worry about deep cleaning the house. 😉 Otherwise, all was great and nice! Thank you.

"Wall to wall ceiling with elevated views of the ocean. Out part of the beach was less crowded. Close enough to walk downtown to restaurants and shops. A short drive to Sarasota if you need something in the city. Having a pool was nice. Elevator in case you can't make it up to 2nd or 3rd story. one of our best vacations!

"Our stay at The Cottages was comfortable and scenic. It was the best view of the beach by way of the TWO BALCONIES! Steps away from a quiet beach, we were never inconvenienced to go down w the provided loaded wagon…full of beach chairs, umbrellas and ice chest-thanks Cottages :)….come back to the house for supper, then go down again for the most colorful sunset at dusk! All steps away! Furnishings were lovely….especially the 2 master suites which were spacious and luxurious. It was a fully stocked, user friendly kitchen w an open design that included the living and dining areas. This was welcoming to me as I never felt isolated from my group, as the Chief Cook & Bottle Washer ;) And when I didn't feel like cooking, it was easy to jump on a provided bicycle and peddle into downtown, less than half a mile away! Siesta Key is our favorite beach destination and The Admiral's Watch made our stay just perfect!

Relaxing holiday in beautiful condo

"We spent a relaxing week at the Admiral's Watch 673 condo in early February. The condo is beautiful and very well located - an unobstructed view across the best beach we have seen. The condo is quite well equipped, but be sure to read carefully what is provided. Having four bicycles and a variety of beach toys would be great for a family. The Cottages on the Key management company is very responsive when an issue arises. We did have a few problems with cleaning when we arrived, but they were remedied. We will definitely consider returning.

"Wow! This place is just as beautiful inside as it is on the outside and the VIEW! Beautiful views from multiple decks and the heated pool is such a nice addition. The Beach Access being directly across the street along with the Trolley Stop makes this a great location as well. Would definitely stay again!!

"We had a wonderful family holiday and loved everything about our rental. The location was perfect making it so easy to get to the beach. We loved spending time out on the patios which offered spectacular views of the gulf and sunset. Everything that was needed for our day at the beach was provided. In addition, the extra sweet welcome gifts and Thanksgiving pie was such a nice surprise. Thank you for your excellent hospitality

"A little context is important. Hurricane Ian hit the west coast of Florida a few weeks prior to our scheduled date of arrival. News commentators reported massive damage to areas not far from Sarasota. We did not know what to expect and considered canceling our stay. Thankfully we did not due largely to the responsiveness and reassurances we received from the staff of the The Cottages. They assured us that the property, Admirals Watch, and the surrounding area was not adversely affected by the hurricane in any significant way. As I learned, their assessments were honest and accurate. From start to end, all staff with whom we interacted, were professional, courteous and most helpful. The property itself exceeded our expectations. It was obviously clean, well maintained and fully appointed. All appliances including refrigerator, wine cooler, ice maker, dishwasher stove and oven were modern and in excellent working order. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious. Sufficient linens and towels for use in the home and at the beach were included. Tables and chairs on the terraces which faced the beach and ocean made for breakfast coffee and afternoon cocktails very pleasurable. The beach was literally across the street and the powdery sand remained cool under your feet all day long. The village was within walking distance (less than a mile) filled with many restaurants, a market and plenty of shops for other sundries. Whereas you cannot predict the weather with any certainty, you can feel confident that the description of this property by The Cottages is what you will get.
